Saying that the food was excellent doesn't do this place justice. A quaint cozy place with Panchi preparing mouthwatering dishes almost right next to you. We had the foie gras, salmon quesadilla (OMG was it good) and stuffed picadillos to start. For the main course we shared the duck plate. If you're in Ponce or just travelling through, you MUST, MUST, MUST stop at El Negocio de Panchi. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

A Ponce gem. I remember having chorizo on wine, the swankiest mac and cheese, capers on swordfish and some onion jelly steak. Granted, the steak would've tasted pretty bland without the dressing but that's on the cut, not on the creative and adventurous chef.

This is a great spot hidden in Ponce. We were the first guests at about 6pm but the place quickly filled right up. Not bad for a Wednesday. Their appetizers are lovely - try the escargot - they're delicious. Everyone has good english if you need it. I'll be back the next time I visit the island.

Some of the best food I've ever had. The spinach salad was hands down the best salad I've ever had. If you're ever in Puerto Rico, it's worth a drive here. This will be the first place I go for dinner every time I visit the island.
