Flow has everything you are looking for in a yoga studio. Clean, beautiful, peaceful spaces, knowledgeable instructors and a warm community of yogis. So glad I found Flow!

A great place to practice that offers broad variety in styles, teachers, and experience.

I first experienced yoga in Charlotte, NC which has a very advanced and somewhat competitive yoga culture. The classes there are amazing and amazingly consistent in their amazingness. Anyway, I quit for several years after I moved back to VA because I couldn't find that same feeling I used to get in Charlotte classes. I finally decided to try again recently and went to Flow yoga. Flow is the best yoga I've had outside Charlotte. The teachers are all great and the studio is gorgeous and welcoming. I definitely recommend checking it out whether you are new or experienced.

the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. i thought it would be intimidating being there as a young tattooed person around ( no offense!) a bunch of older women. despite my fears i took the plunge and bought an unlimited one month membership. the studio was exactly as they advertised online, nonjudgmental and the staff really makes you feel welcomed. only regret is that i'm going back to school and won't be able to enjoy it all year long! will definitely sign up again in the winter/summer.

The teachers at both locations are amazing. The studio is clean, smells wonderful, and such friendly front end ladies.
