I cannot say enough good things about InCourage. My daughter is in her third year at the studio and has attended many of their programs including their after-school and summer camp sessions. One of the things I really appreciate about InCourage is that the instructors take the time to truly work with the children to build the fundamental techniques required for actually effective martial arts learning. So many schools that I see seem content with an assembly line style approach - simply churning out belt advancement as fast as they can. A “participation trophy” approach to the discipline if you will, but not InCourage. As a 20+ years long practitioner of various forms of martial arts I appreciate the balanced and thorough approach to physical and mental form as well as the discipline that is so important when studying any form of martial arts. 10/10

Our daughter recently started at Incourage joining her older brother after seeing how much he enjoys it. The physical activity is great for her and she has really enjoyed making steady progress. The instructors are terrific and the atmosphere they create builds confidence and collaboration among all the students.

My middle school aged son just recently started at InCourage martial arts. He came for a trial week and decided very quickly this was for him. Until now, he’s never found a sport that would challenge both his mind and body. This is the perfect mix of both. In addition, he’s made friends and is developing a confidence that he’s never had before. The staff and instructors are so welcoming to everyone at every age and level. Highly recommended!

Fantastic energy, great staff, love InCourage. Had my son in the program for a little over a month and he loves it. He's a very active boy and going there after school helps him get his wiggles out. They teach the kids respect, discipline, and self control but in a very measured and fun way. They encourage the kids and bring out the best in them. Very clean and nice smelling facility! Staff are always bright and sunny and I feel my child is well cared for.
