I needed new tires for my camper/trailer. I was traveling through the area and had a blow out. Paul helped me out on the phone and was fantastic. The tires I needed came in early and they were able to take me immediately. Took about an hour. Would definitely recommend.

I went in for a standard engine oil change and the full inspection of my vehicle. Turns out I had two nails in my tires, so I replaced them, of course. I asked how much it would be to replace my cabin air filter for my Honda Accord 2002, to which they replied $35. I let them know that I have my own filter, and if it was going to be that much, I asked if they would simply loosen the bolts so that I could change it myself. Not only did they not loosen the bolts, there is even a request on my receipt from me asking them to do so. I was even willing to negotiate a labor cost, and they asked me how much I'd be willing to pay to loosen the bolts, and I thought $15 would be enough. I paid full price for a labor that I never received. The tire replacement was solid, which is why this review is not a 1/5 stars.

Was planning to use this location for my inspection, and I called ahead to confirm that I could drop my car off at 6 pm after work. The man who answered the phone assured that they do inspections until the close and I could drop it off without a problem. When I tried to drop it off at 6, I was told that they no longer accept cars being dropped off for inspections after 3 or 3:30 each day. I am very disappointed since I bothered to call before going. I hope this helps as a heads up to the next person, but I do not plan on using them for my car needs in the future.

On the last day of the month, I was fully prepared to wait a couple hours for my inspection (I even brought my e-reader to pass the time). I pulled into the inspection line just after 10 and I was on the road before 11! Efficient, friendly, and a very comfortable environment. Will definitely be coming here again!

They were very busy and I had to wait approximately 45 minutes to get my car Inspected. They offer free coffee and were very professional. It's an honest car repair shop. I highly recommend, I've been a customer for almost 20 years and I know cars.
