They charge 18 bucks for a manicure that doesn't include a hand massage, wax treatment or a smile. The lady who did mine was super rough with my cuticle using a metal pusher and cut my index finger. When I yelped "ouch" on my cuticle being cut, she looked annoyed and repeated "ouch???" YES! Most people would yelp at their cuticle being filed raw. Her polish application was uneven and she missed the corners of my nail and when I asked her to fix she didn't see the prob and only put top coat on and said "ok now?" Umm NO! Anyway I left without tipping! What a waste of my hard earned money

I have been visiting this place for 2-3 years now, after the experience i had this past week I'm very disapointed. 1st off the lady was super rough and cut my toenail super short to the point it still hurts. 2nd I saw the lady take the tools she used on my feet and didn't even clean them. And then she decided to put them into a new clean pouch for somebody else to use. Thats so disgusting! This is really disappointing because all the other times i have come here this doesn't happen. Service is great there. I would not recommend this to my friends or family.

Did both manicure and pedicure and liked both! Staff is very friendly and I especially love the pedicure seats! Totally feels like a spa treatment even if you only take the normal pedicure. Will definitely come back!

I had been going here the past couple of years. I thought it was great until this last visit. I was shown a menu of choices to upsell my pedicure. I had been given this in the past and kindly declined saying just regular a pedicure was fine. This time I'm told callus removal wasn't included. It had the last time. She said "new mgt about a year ago" I said I was here a month ago, she said no was not included. I guess up until this point they were just being nice and including it. Back and forth a couple times with her, I gave up and paid the extra for wax and callus removal. Off to find a cheaper place....

I just called the salon to ask the cost of a pedicure. After being provided the price I asked whether that included a salt scrub. The person I spoke to mentioned a couple of times to repeat myself and after the second time of repetition he stated " I don't know, but you can come into the salon and ask". How can the person in charge of answering the phone not know what services the salon offers OR why not simple say "please hold- I'll check for you". Who drives all the way to a salon to ask a question?!?
