My son and daughter-in-law ordered chocolate covered fruit and nuts for my birthday. I was not home when the delivery man tried to delivery the fruit. He called me and when I told him that I was working as a teacher, he drove the delivery to my school! I am incredibly impressed, and I have not seen a delivery person go to those lengths. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you!!

Terrible customer service! I needed a last minute gift for my secretaries birthday tomorrow and ran over there knowing they closed at 7pm. I got there at 6:20, they were closed with a note saying they were out for delivery. Sat outside their door until 7:05, noone ever showed! They need to hire help so they are actually OPEN during their posted store hours! Rediculous!
