Needed a quick bite in a pinch. Nick in the deli made me the daily special custom meatball half-sub. BBQ chips and bottled tea on the side. Under 5 bucks. Hard to do these days. Great customer service. Was going to eat just a couple bites but it was so good I couldn't put the sandwich down. I almost wept when I lost a meatball between seat and console due to imprecise handling while consuming in the truck. Upon retrieving, I was tempted, but ultimately discarded that one morsel. Delicious.

Nice selection and very clean store however I was treated very poorly by a cashier and another employee at checkout. I wanted to use Apple Pay but it wasn't working at that register and they wouldn't suspend the transaction so I could checkout at another register where it was working. I pulled out cash to pay and noticed the second employee rolling his eyes while I searched for coins to pay for the remaining small balance. After the cashier counted my money and started to put it into the register I decided I didn't want to pay for that type of customer service and ask her to cancel the transaction and give me my money back we would go to Wegmans where they were happy to accept Apple Pay. As we walked past the second employee he said "Have A Nice Day!" In a rather snarky tone. I did reach out to Harris Teeter corporate and they were very apologetic about the situation. I will continue to shop at the location closer to my house but will not visit this location again. Very disappointed.

Nice store and friendly staff. Selection is not as good as Wegmans, and limited prepared meals.

Harris teeter is a good grocer, albeit slightly more expensive than other options in the area. As a trade off, it's always clean and comfortable and has a great selection!

They have a drive through grocery pick up. Best thing in the world.
