I had a wonderful and beautiful experience here, the receptionist was so welcoming and bubbly exactly what you need when your so anxious about an ultrasound. The waiting room has a beautiful setup and relaxing while you wait for your appointment. The solographer was very polite and explanatory with every screen shot. She takes the time to talk you through the entire scan, which was very reassuring. Absolutely recommend going here, left feeling extremely extatict and happy after seeing and hearing little bub on screen. Thank you ladies, keep up the good work.

Paid $375 for morphology scan. The sonographer was friendly and attentive, however the receptionist was rather rude. I came home with a CD, DVD and a couple of printouts that they had provided in the $375 package. They took many snapshot of 3D images of the baby during the scan and I thought it would have been included as a soft copy in the CD. But when I came home, there were only the 2D snapshots. So I called them back to enquire and the receptionist was not helpful and could not explain why they can take the snapshot during the scan but it can't be included as a soft copy. All she responded repeatedly was "you got the CD, you got the DVD and you got the printouts." - in a condescending tone. I just think that if she better explain the situation, using respectful tone, even if I don't get what I would like to receive (3D snapshot in soft copy), I would still rate the service 5/5.

As much as you can like having tests, I was very impressed by the professional presentation of this company. The feminine touches throughout the waiting room and consultation rooms were particularly well thought of.
