Dr Valeria rocks... kind, patient, explains everything... no issues with reception staff or anything... parking may be an issue so get in early. It is on level 2 of the building opposite the urology building

My wife and I went here. Very rude technician. Complete disregard for our interest in seeing our new bub. I was so excited and this tech really tarnished the experience for me and my wife. Sort your customer service out of your reputation will continue to decline. Hope things improve by our next scan.

Staff were rude. Due to a long weekend coming up I was rushed through in 10mins. Told I was a 'worry wort' when I asked if things were looking normal. Provided with minimal video & photos of baby. Very disappointing and we drove 2 hours to be able to get 'the best images and service'. It does not happen here!
