I stayed at this clinic for four days. Professional and caring staff, modern equipments, comfortable room. The only downside was the number of times patients get visited, even in the middle of the night. I couldn't get 8 hours of sleep after my surgery.

Front desk and staff over the phone treat like you are in a 3rd world country's public hospital. I felt they are very arrogant. I have been to this clinic 4 times in the last 6 weeks and about 6 phone calls every time I had extremely poor experience on different matters. I found all the Doctors, Radiographers and Nurse staff to be great and explain everything in detail and caring but first impression or experience over the phone and front desk gives a bad impression.

Specialities include but not limited to cardiothoracic, cardiology, endocrinology, colorectal, renal, urology, neurology, and a full medical imaging service. The clinic also provides a full endoscopic unit for day only procedures. St Vincent's Clinic provides exceptional health services to the public

I tried to book for ultrasound today and ring to clinic. Luckily after few minutes there was lady on call. She was really in hurry and asking question which I couldn't understand and ask her politely sorry what is that mean. She repeat the sentence in such way that looks like making fun of me. I said I didn't understand please explain but she change her tone and keep repeating same word two or three times. I feel offensive and ask can you please tell me your name and she hang up on me. I did call again and this time there is another lady trying to help me and I ask for admin so I can explain what happen to me but instead ask me leave number and name and they will ring me back. Really really feel sad things people do on phone to do us(patient) which trying to pay for service and they do things like this to us. Very very rude and disappointing service.

Got admitted in this hospital!! Very convenient and food is good. One thing I don't like about is family or friends can't stay over which I think is fair.. Always have to be alone 😔
