I called ahead of time to book an appointment. The woman on the phone was accommodating and very patient in answering my (endless) questions. I visited the next day, the clinic is clean, the receptionist are courteous and made sure we're comfortable while waiting. Highly recommend.
Such friendly and accommodating staff from all departments. I came in over a span of 3 days for my surgical termination; Very knowledgable staff, quick and in my eyes, an easy few days. I did not feel any discomfort or pain at any time — everything was smooth sailing. Cannot thank everyone enough!!
I went in for a termination a couple of years ago. I thought the whole thing was going to be scary but the entire staff was super nice, caring and sensitive towards my situation. They even gave me a discount so I can afford the termination when I told them I won't be able to afford it because I was an unemployed uni student back then. I was surprised how nice and pleasant the whole experience was as I've read various abortion experiences online on how awful abortion procedures were and it wasn't. It was very far from it. It was just a simple medical procedure and the entire staff of Fertility Control Clinic was very caring and very professional. From the admin staff, to their psychologist, to everyone in the theatre and the nurses who helped me afterwards. Their nurses even helped me walked to the toilet. And I was surprised they even gave me a snack after the procedure. I have nothing but praise for Fertility Control Clinic. I highly recommend it to everyone looking into getting a termination. Especially if you're under stress, worried and scared like how I was. They really will look after you to make sure you are very well taken care of, both physically and emotionally. Thank you so much everything, Fertility Control Clinic. I have been recommending you to everyone I know. Keep up the amazing work! ❤
U killed my baby. I felt unsecure and vulnerable, but u didn't helped me. U just killed it. It would be three this year If it wasn't for u. Why did u do that too me. I think about it every day, every night when I wake up an go to sleep it's all Ur fAult. I fell pregnant agaun a few months after but chose not to terminate. I couldn't deal with that guilt again. My little Aleisha is 2 now. When I see her playing, I think about her siblings which u took away.
Professional, respectful, courteous and kind staff. 100% positive review from me. Wonderful service.
