I had a procedure done at Mercy hospital day surgery unit. Very helpful and kind nurses and doctors that looks after you so well all the time. Excellent care. Thank you so much to all of you. Greatly appreciate the great work that you guys are doing.

We had the loveliest midwives and doctors, with some really brilliant help and lovely bedside manner. We felt very well supported and cared for before, during and after the birth of our first child. The parking at the hospital costs a lot of money, but there is free parking about a block away, with over the road pedestrian bridge access. The hospitals are right next to Heidelberg station. The cafes are over priced, but the food is generally nice. Food for patients(supplied by steamplicity) is pretty terrible, but that's hospital food for you.

The Mercy were amazing in every department for the entire duration of my pregnancy. I received such a high level of care from every staff member that I encountered. Thank you so much.

Took my wife to emergency as she is 5 months pregnant and was having chronic lower back pain, doctors not available, inexperienced nurses, rude staff Nurse named Siobhan was really rude to patient, laughing and giggling when she went out of the room. They did blood test 3 days before this incindent results were not provided, asked for another blood test, really inexperienced staff. Never going back there. They dont even deserve 1 star.
