This is an outstanding hospital, in its facilities and professionalism it has impressed us through three different pregnancies over 6 years. Within its range of surgical and specialist skills you will not find a better solution in the one place to any combination of unexpected conditions, and it soon becomes apparent why private hospitals draw on these. The staff are mostly sympathetic and dutiful, will vary by shift or department, but management has carefully tried to keep its veteran nurses and value their experience, whilst drawing on keen, positive and idealistic young graduates such as the two we had yesterday. The public will always be behind an organisation doing such good work with the health dollar, it needs only keep its standards up and will prosper and grow.

Absolutely brilliant women's hospital. Cannot fault the world class obstetric care offered to every single patient. Sometimes it's hard to believe it is a public hospital. Even my parents who travelled from Singapore were so impressed by the professionalism. Incredibly grateful to the obstericians and midwives who work tirelessly around the clock caring for me and my baby, not forgetting the aftercare and the special care needed for my newborn. Thank you for making what would have been an incredibly traumatic birth, that much easier on the mind with the support given. Thank you.

After an early birth of twins and a longer recovery and week stay I can not fault the hospital. Hard to believe the private facilities can be any better. The staff are amazing, nurses, midwives, obstetricians, paediatricians are all amazing. Outstanding level care

Very bad experience at the emergency room. The lady in the counter was really rude at my arrival, I was so much in pain and she couldn’t make my time harder. This receptionist seemed very unhappy doing her job!!! Why would they ask someone like that to work at emergency room reception? The nurses were lovely despite they lost my urine and blood test and after two hours of uncomfortable waiting had to take them again. The doctor such a young lady had no idea how to read the ultrasound I took to show and asked me to take it to my go, she said she can’t read that. Very disappointed, if you can’t don’t go there, it feel so much that they just wanna get rid of you. The story get better when after couple of days called to ask if they have sent my test results to my hp, for me to make an appointment. Well this lady on the phone was so agressive and laid and I just wonder why everyone there seems so unhappy?

I had the privilege of completing two years of my professional education in this wonderful clinic. The professionalism of the entire team has had a profound impact on my career. Thank you very much for this great chance and helpful experience!
