I called today to ask a question before making an appointment as I didn't want to have to make an appointment and come in if the Dr wasn't able to do what I wanted. The receptionist was very rude and condescending on the phone and refused to let me speak to a Dr on the phone at all. The excuse given was that she didn't want to interrupt a Dr so that I could speak to them, but when I said I'd be happy to get a call back at a time convenient for the Dr she flat out refused. Zero service at all.

Absolutely appalling service . Waited over 40 minutes for my ‘appointment’ and had to leave for another commitment so missed out altogether! What a waste of time!

All the GP's and staff are exceptional and truly lovely. Except for one doctor, Dr Mohsin. I am absolutely appalled at how rude he was to me. He began by telling me he wanted to leave, and therefore was rushing me (I wasn't late to my appointment). He then went on to refuse to give me a script for pain relief medication that I have been on since I was a teenager (this particular pain killer is the only pain killer that gives me relief of any kind from severe spinal pain). He went on to tell me that because of being young (25), I didn't need that pain killer and that my pain surely wasn't as bad as i said it was (I've had chronic spinal pain my entire life), he then told me that the migraines I experience are "probably not actually as bad as I say they are" (I am often hospitalised because of the severity of them), and that the period pain I experience is an "over reaction" (I have a severe condition with my uterus that causes my periods to be extremely painful and without this painkiller I can barely function). He wouldn't let me explain anything about my health, instead he just spoke to me like I was an idiot and then went on to say that my mum (who has been a nurse for 45 years) has no idea about medications or what is good for me. He wouldn't allow me to tell him any information before interrupting me and telling me I was wrong. I am truly appalled at his behaviour and and furious at his level of "care". Do NOT see Dr Mohsin. Any other doctor at Modern Medical, is excellent. They are otherwise really great staff there. Just a shame that one person ruins it for everyone else.
