The nurses here are absolutely wonderful! I've never come across such caring nurses before, although the reception staff are blunt and looked confused when I asked questions they should have known the answers to. The reception were rushing the Dr to finish my session with him as others were waiting. This practice charges nearly $150+ more than options clinic, which I ended up going to and felt way more comfortable with them.

I attended the Bowen Hills clinic today for a Mirena removal and replacement. From my initial enquiry through to procedure I found the staff to be professional, warm, friendly and supportive. The after care and information regarding recovery was was at a high standard. I would not hesitate in recommending the clinic.

I came to Marie Stopes for a Mirena insertion and was looked after very well by friendly staff. Just wanted to thank the nurses who looked after me and the doctor who performed the procedure. Can't say it was an enjoyable experience but I'm appreciative of the staff who talked me through it. Thanks again!

Very poor experience a receptionist named veronica made me and my partners day here so much longer and harder than need be. if it wasn't for the good nurses and doctors here i would have left. Appointment was for 8.15 my partner only went in after 1pm. I believe the receptionist needs to be fired as she is not suited to handle this type of employment and there are a few complaints that point to a smiliar if not the same repetitive problem from this clinic.
