Most of the people here are probably, most likely, very young and looking for some fun to have. The Alfred is an amazing hospital. My friend's uncle had heart surgery, and he stayed in the ICU for a while. He came out perfectly fine. He came out healthier, thanks to the Alfred.

Public hospitals have copped their fair share of flack in the past for a host of reasons – mostly caused by (in my opinion) from lack of funding. My experience with an albeit minor emergency could only be described as outstanding. I was seen to rapidly and left feeling every part of the assessing, processing and following procedure left no room for improvement. A heartfelt thanks to everyone I came in contact with and be assured at least in my case, you get a very big thumbs up from me.

This hospital provides exceptional service and standard of care. I had to come three times in four days following a severe scald on my leg. Never waited too long and nurse practitioners were extremely professional.

Have been here for the last 5 days accompanying my Grandmother, and we have been receiving phenomenal medical care for her. All the staff have incredible talent, EXCELLENT bedside manner and have been nothing but kind and accommodating with our family during this time.

I always saw doctors and hospitals as prioritising the care and welfare of patients. Then I became Dr Marco Bonnollo's patient , who has his finger on the pulse to ensure he is in the wills of the old folk he looks after. My views thereafter became the opposite.
