I was a first time patient at the clinic. I am so grateful we have access to such a wonderful, caring, thorough service. Everyone was so kind and gentle, clear with what was happening next, explaining procedures and results and understood the anxiety and worry I was experiencing. Special mention to the volunteer team, YOU ARE SO VALUABLE! Thankyou for giving your time, I hope you understand the impact you have.

First time been there . From Receptionist to technician staff involved were good & kind . But biggest disappointment I had was that the doctor who did the FNA of the breast cyst DID NOT use local anaesthetic before the procedure. When I said it was painful only then she used it . Bit strange why she didn’t use it as it’s a must before any painful procedure.
