The team of women at Northside Gynaecology are so lovely and welcoming. You can tell they really enjoy what they do - the admin staff as well as the doctors. Thank you for your pleasant manner and service.

It's great to have finally found a specialist at Northside Gynaecology who was understanding, professional and who was able to help resolve many of my ongoing issues. I also find it very convenient that they operate out of North Lakes Hospital and offer after hours appointments.

I was referred to Archna saraswat and visited her twice. On the first Occassion I waited 50mins past my set appointment time. Upon asking the reception ladies 'what was happening' they finally contacted her and told her I was waiting. As archna exited the room, her client apologised to me and archna told her 'not to worry about it'. Archna noticed that I was upset but didn't offer any apologies. After I told her of my issues, she quickly rushed me through the possibilities and did a quick physical exam. She told me to get a scan and ushered me out. First visit was 15mins On the second occasion, I came back with the scans. There were 3 other people waiting in the reception area at my set appointment time. As before, my appointment was late, 30mins late. She rushed through the people before me like cattle. Once in the room, Archna quickly read through what we went through last time, and told me that my scan showed nothing. She told me that there was nothing else she could do. I didn't get any explanations about anything last appointment so I asked questions. It was obvious that she wanted me out and went out of her way to either not answer questions or answer them in such a way that it closed the conversation. I pursued but to no avail. Overall I was in the second appointment for 10mins but I would definitely say that I dragged it out for 5mins trying to ask questions. Overall I believe they double Book appointments leaving no time to get the 30min appointment that you pay for. Archna doesnt speak in lay mans terms (which I believe is done on purpose to get clients out faster) Expect to wait 30-50mins past your set appointment date without being told things are running behiend. everyone I saw was in, out, in, out, like cattle. Don't expect time to discuss your problems or the time for them to properly explain anything. Find somewhere else

It is not good service, we are patience since 3/4 months, never ever gave any medication. just return do this test another test and so on. Dr Archna Saraswat is not an experience surgery. It's waste money and time.
