Receptionist was one of the rudest women's I've ever encountered in a position to which should be a friendly face with a knowledgeable answer to questions. Not only was she smug and condescending, but clearly was out of her element when it came to knowing anything about the business and customer service. The doctor was lovely and pretty much salvaged our entire visit. Receptionist = ZERO stars Doctor - 5 stars Two star rating as an average between receptionist/doctor

Great place. Very pleasant & helpful - reception & staff. Made to feel at ease from signing in through to the end of my examination. Doctor was very clear with her information throughout the test. Very caring atmosphere. May be expensive but I believe that you pay for what you get. I got a very good service which I can trust. Totally would recommend this place.

Really recommend this place. Had a fantastic experience today. I went in feeling very nervous but the receptionists made me feel automatically at ease. The Dr was very professional and explained everything in detail. It's definitely worth the dollars. Can not put a price on peace of mind.

I would like to give feedback about my experience recently. Though the staff and doctors were friendly and welcoming. I was given a diagnosis by ultrasound (actually 3 ultrasounds) which turned out to be totally wrong. I understand ultrasound is not perfect. But I was told "there is no natural way for you to have children you should find an IVF specialist". I think the doctors should inform you that ultrasound can often be incorrect and show false positives. This caused my a lot of distress and led to me having a laparoscopy which I probably did not need. It turns out I am perfectly healthy.

Reception staff incredibly friendly and inviting. Fantastic facilities and understanding staff. Will refer to family and friends. Professionalism of the doctor was second to none - made me feel very comfortable and understanding.
