Ok to start I need to qualify that my father was a Dr so I'm an accurate critic of other practices.. Went in for a Full Medical approaching 40 and was rushed to an EKG and then had bloods taken next door.. They were also supposed to take a urine sample (forgot) also assess my spine and why I have significant pain, didn't even ask about it or follow up with Blood Results etc... The duty of customer care is virtually non existent and this Practice DOES NOT bulk bill as advertised on google...

Doctors were lovely but how you keep Lilly and other reception staff on is baffling. Rude on the phone, rude, eating, passive aggressive and blunt in person and terrible customer service. We called ahead to say we were 5 minutes away got there on time, Lilly told us we were late and ushered in the guy that was supposed to be after us, then told us we've put them 15 minutes behind. You are not a bulk billing practice and rely on income from patients in an area where there are numerous clinics to visit. Lilly behaved as if it was her last day or that she wanted it to be, my suggestion would be to give what's deserved, definitely not courteous or someone that should be public facing.

Convenient to have Drs with a range of skill sets - admin staff helpful at suggesting the best fit for any situation.

Never had any issues with the doctors. But unfortunately the receptionist are unbelievably rude to the point that I won't ever go back there. I've never made a complaint about anything before but the way they spoke to me was disgusting so I thought I would pre warn people

Have been to multiple doctors at the clinic and I feel comfortable and love all of them.
