Don’t waste your time. Our regular medical clinic was closed, so my husband took our 3 yr old daughter here (we had received an advertisement in the mail). He was told a 1 hour wait. Annoying, but he decided to stay.
They were finally seen after 2.5hrs (there were only 2 doctors on). By then, our daughter had had a meltdown and passed out asleep on my husband. She had to be woken up to see the doctor.
It would have been better to call a home visiting doctor. At least we could have waited in the comfort of our own home.

This place has gone bad..... I feel it's the no appointment idea, you're stuck waiting for a min 40mins... and if you just need a script filled it becomes a pain. Also, doctor's always seem to come and go.... if you end up bond with a good doctor you find out they have left. The amount of older people going there also adds to the wait time, as the love a good long chat....!!!!

Sadly I am done with this clinic. My family and I have been seeing these wonderful Dr's for many years, following them from their previous practise, but their new system of making no bookings and only accepting walk in's has done it for us. I have tried to stay loyal as we love the Dr's and want to see them but have had to walk away several times now after being told the wait time is over and hour. I know they have lost a great deal of loyal patients due to this and clearly they don't seem to care as they system stays in place. We were told that the new way would make wait times shorter, this is certainly not the case.

I arrived at the practice at 2.35pm on Saturday with my 2yr old granddaughter as she was unwell. I was told on arrival the wait was almost an hour and I agreed to stay as my granddaughter needed to see a doctor. The wait ended up being 2 hours and I left the practice at 4.40pm. I have been seeing doctors in this practice since 1993 and I think your no appointment system does not work, it may be good for your business dollars but not for your patients. Sick patients waiting for 2 hours is not acceptable.

Dr Henderson has been our family doctor for many years now. She is thorough and understanding of all the family members health issues. Unfortunately, this clinic has turned it's back on it's regular patients and are more concerned and accommodating to walk in's. We waited a minimum of 2 hours the last few times we have been. Whilst other clinics are going to online bookings, this one refuses to even take them, forcing long term patients like my family to go elsewhere. Shame on management.
