Have had my 3 year old twice in the past 2 1/2 weeks, as he has had a horrible cough he couldn't shake. Saw Dr Khin Ko the first time, and followed up with him as he was the original doctor. Both times, was told my son was fine, it was just pollen in the air, give him some anti-histamine, he'll be fine. I went yesterday presenting with some similar symptoms, and was given the exact same line. My sons cough was also bad enough to make him vomit 3 times yesterday. So I went to a different doctors rooms in town today, where we both have been diagnosed with nasty chest and sinus infections, and have had to be prescribed anti-biotics, steroids and Ventolin puffers because of the almost 3 weeks of inaction by Dr Khin Ko. I am absolutely appalled by his either ignorance of medicine, or his laziness to get to know a patient. I will not recommend this facility to anyone, and after one visit to another doctor today, can safely say I have found a doctor for the whole family that I can trust.
How is possible to find a Dr better then Dr Gu Abiad ? He is the BEST Dr ever I seen.
I rang and made an appointment and was told there were policy changes and that it’s only for accident and emergencies. I needed a blood pressure medication because I just realised I didn’t have a script and hadn’t taken my medication for 2 days. I was told by the receptionist that this was considered a type of emergency and therefore my appointment would be accepted. I waited for hours for the appointment as the earliest I could get in was in the evening. When I saw the doctor he was the rudest person I’d ever met and telling me that he couldn’t help me and it was against policy. Absolutely no sympathy from him. It’s blood pressure medication not opioids or some other thing... where is the duty of care???... if I can’t get in to see my regular doctor for a few days to get another script and I end up in hospital I will sue the clinic and that inept rude doctor. And I suppose he has no qualms about taking money from the government for my “consultation” in which he did nothing for me. Don’t worry I will be telling everyone I know never to use this clinic
To be told to ring at 4 in the afternoon to see my doctor, then when I do told he is only doing emergencies within the clinic from now on but I can see other doctors. I dont want to see other doctors there Gus was the only one who cared to find out what was wrong with me and now you say I cant see him. The other doctors are good for one thing and thats a certificate when ya got gastro. Not impressed. I wont be going back.
the doctor we went to see - Dr rani was so incredibly rude. didn’t focus on the issue at all and approached it in the worst way. didn’t consider the patients needs and just assumed it was nothing. now the client is barely walking without being in pain finding out there is something more serious wrong. definitely changing doctors.
