Exact Radiology Clinics

I have been to Exact Radiology Inala twice now for ultrasound guided injections and have found the staff there to be very caring and efficient. The doctor doing the injection was so careful - made sure I was OK throughout the procedure. It didn't hurt at all. I have had the injection done before at a different radiology clinic and it was extremely painful each time. Will be coming back here if I need another injection.

If you need a steroid injection, this is the place to go. Dr. Dan is a professional & so is his assistant, also name Dan. I was so scared & this is my 2nd injection & I honestly didn't feel a thing. Dr. Dan's assistant makes you feel so comfortable & Dr.Dan is so gentle & they don't go in the heel like most places they go on the inside of your heel. Which is so much less painful as the heel is a very sensitive area, although 2nd time round I didn't feel a thing thanks to Dan putting an ice pack on for a good 5 minutes😁 The staff are really nice & helpful. I totally recommend this place for your exray's ultrasound's & steroid injections.

Absolutely terrible practice. On more than one occasion, i have rang up to book an appt (which i have drs referrals for) to have the receptionist inform me that they will not do the scan until weeks later, even after being told that my dr wants it done.

Sorry to say. I've been here a couple of times. The technicians taking the X-Ray and all were good but the staff at the reception were quite rude and unpleasant. They are not there to help at all. I just got the job done. There is a big waiting list all the time. I wish find a better place and nicer people to deal with.

I will continue dealing with Exact Radiology Clinics but no longer with Inala branch. I find the staffs there are very rude and unpleasant to deal with. It feels like they have something else to do rather than assisting their patients
