Very inconsistent quality of service on reception. Varies by person. One barely acknowledges your existence and does absolutely nothing to assist whole another takes initiative to ask if she can help. Waited over an hour just for x-ray. Took two shots. Another time different person took several. Will not return.

Really awful experience. I was kept waiting for nearly 1hr and then they got offended when I expressed my frustration at being kept waiting. The arrogance of these medical services providers is staggering. They work from the start of the day on the premise that their time is more valuable than yours and then proceed to double/over book clients at every turn so that they never have a gap in their schedule.

Phones are terribly undermanned. They kept me waiting for over ten minutes before I decided to book with Qld Diagnostic Imaging.

Staff are friendly, facilities are comfortable. Choose your time, though, as this is a very busy office
