I was booked in for my 12 week scan on the last day of the “window” for having this scan done. I rang back to ask that they were certain that this would be ok as I could go elsewhere if the timing was too late. They assured me this would be fine. When my appointment came around, I get to the scan and my baby was 2mm too long to fit within the test parameters, therefore I was unable to be given a result. I was still charged the full rate even though they took away my ability to have the test done. In hind sight I think they kept me booked in because they didn’t want me to go elsewhere and not get my business. This really soured my experience of my first ever scan and sight of my baby. I never went back to their business.

Probably wouldn't go there again, went because they share results straight away but they missed sharing detail with us that later became important on our second appointment with them. We were told other basic information but the important part about the consequences of the placenta was included in the report but not explained to us at the time, being our first baby we knew what none of it meant. Be prepared to wait 30-60mins, not easy with a full bladder. Some of the admin staff were rude, as though I should know what I'm doing and a hassle to be breathing, only one of the ladies were polite on the second visit. Honestly, I'll be booking into another place and just scheduling my specialist for the next day in future.

We went in for first two scans which on both occasions we had to wait well over an hour. A couple of days before the third one i called the reception to say I would be 10 mins late as my wife had another medical appointment beforehand. This was okayed. On the day of the appointment we had two calls from an irate rude receptionist telling me to rush my 32 weeks pregnant wife, hardly what we need to hear in 35 degree heat! To top it off they didn’t process the Medicare claim as promised . After paying well over $1k the service was rushed , inflexible and terrible customer service especially from reception. Next time we will definitely not be using them, there are far better places!

First walking in I was greeted by very friendly staff and the reception area was very clean and presentable. The experience was amazing and informative. I would highly recommend QUFW to others. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Polite and friendly staff, taken care of quickly although had to wait a bit. No complaints as seeing the staff and radiologists were spending all their time working with families and patient and not stalling. Sonographer spent ample time to check everything thoroughly followed by radiologist going through the findings with us again. Was a good user experience after all with high quality imaging service.
