Had the best experience here, the ladies on reception were so lovely, especially Lyndall (I think that was her name), she was very empathetic and caring over the phone and made sure that I was comfortable when I arrived at the practice. I can't thank Dr Innes Campbell enough for taking his time, he really listens to all your concerns and is incredibly professional and friendly. Thank you for seeing me today, you have a great team

I booked flu shots for my family and did call them twice to confirm if I have to pay any extra fee apart from the flu shots themselves. The ladies who answered my calls told me there would be no extra fee. Then we came and had our flu shots and left after having asked the lady at the reception if there was anything that I had to do. The lady said no but called me minutes later to ask me to come back for the consultation payment for my family. They said I didn’t inform them that I didn’t have a medicare card but in fact no one asked me such question. Also, the doctor didn’t make any consultation to my husband and me but just a short chat with my regarding my daughter’s coughing. It’s not really a formal consultation. I definitely won’t come back this clinic again and won’t recommend this to any of my friends. They didn’t really provide a reliable service to us and we felt like we were cheated!

I've been seeing the doctors here since they were at the old Vulture Street location and I'm always pleased with their friendly reception staff and dedicated doctors. I especially like the online booking system so I can easily see available times for different doctors. Best entry is from Mollison Street if you're walking in, otherwise park in the undercover spots and walk to the right (away from Coles) after coming up the ramp.

Doctor Akter are vey patient with my son. There are so many people died because of virus in U.S. But she told me my son was caused by minor virus. Service is excellent.
