Contrary to the other reports I read. I have had good service from the girls on level 3. Far as my doctor goes, I've not had to wait more than 5 mins. In saying that, all my visits have been booked appointments. I hope it stays good for me, as I haven't got other options closer to home, I travel an hour to get to this facility.

Great doctors, have gone to them for over 20 years. Sadly it was better customer service when a smaller practise. Reception staff very abrupt and dismissive. It seems to be the older staff that can be rude. Always takes a good hour of waiting to see the doctor.

The first time I have been to a doctor that seemed to genuinely care. They are usually behind and I have to wait a while, but that is what you get with the good doctors who dont just push patients in and out.

I went there to get my vaccinations and I had to wait 1 hour and 19 minutes to even see the doctor when i didn't need to and all she did was put a thermomotnor in my ear. When I could've just seen the nurse. My appointment was at 3:30 so I got there at 3:15 and i went in at 4:40. They think that there time is more important than ours!

I can only comment on my own GP Dr Christopher Johnson and what a great man he is. After been misdiagnosed at three other medical practices, Dr Johnson was able to look outside the box and give a positive diagnosis and apply a treatment plan to assist in my recovery. I highly recommend you seek out his service if you feel that your current GP is not meeting your needs.
