The doctors and nurses here are angels. Had an iud installed and they went to great lengths to make sure I knew all the details and i was comfortable. Came back a few months later for a checkup as I was experiencing pains and they found I had an ovarian cyst. They offered to see me again after referring me for a full checkup when I told them I didn't have a regular doctor I could trust. Above and beyond. 10/10 would trust these people. Waiting periods are to be expected and they inform everyone so I don't see why people are salty. These are caring beautiful souls and deserve every star

Horrible place to go to, only came here because my doctor recommended it but unfortunately the service was not as expected and for the price paid you would expect a better experience. Only needed to do an ultrasound and grab a couple pills but the staff made it take 2 and a half hours of waiting around in the waiting room. Some of the staff were doing nothing whilst people needed to be served.

I was a little skeptical after reading all the negative comments. I agree there is a long waiting period. When it was my turn the nurses spent a lot of time answering every question i had, so it was worth the wait. Just get a book and some coffee/snack, you're sorted. My IUD procedure was painless. The doctors were very friendly; i wasn't nervous through my procedure at all. The nurse who attended to me afterwards was very caring and kind, she reminded me of my mum :) Give these guys a chance. Be kind and patient, they will reciprocate. Practicing medicine is tough! you can't even imagine being in their shoes.

Beautiful and very supportive staff. I can’t put into words how amazing the team in midland are. Extremely greatful for the level of care I received.

Nurses & Doctors were very caring, helpful and attentive. Yes you will wait a long time and of course it isn't a great experience but I really think the staff that work here need some more appreciation of what they do. They made the experience bearable and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the procedure & recovery.
