Had a terrific appointment with Esme. She is very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly to me. She gave me great advice about how to keep exercising safely throughout the last trimester of my pregnancy, which is very important to me. She listened to what I wanted to get out of the appointment, and what I was hoping to do during my pregnancy, and tailored her advice to me. I will definitely be back for a follow up.

I have had over 12 months of daily pain with hip bursitis. I have seen massage therapists, physiotherapists, have had dry needling, cortisone injection and natural alternatives. Nothing has worked until I booked in to see Esme. I have been pain free for 7 days and I am so happy. There were periods when I didn't sleep properly for weeks due to the pain.
I am so thankful to Esme and I know I'm not out of the woods yet as Esme has explained in depth the situation.

I've had chronic pain in my hip and side from my years of coffee making and have seen a massage therapist on and off to help with the pain and discomfort. I visited Esme and the Pear Exercise girls where she taped up my ribs and took me through some exercises and the discomfort disappeared within 24 hours! They're incredible genuine and want the best outcome for their clients - and don't charge ridiculous initial consult fees like most Physios!!!
