I have NEVER written a review before, but I was so impressed by my visit here I felt compelled to share my experience. I wanted a Doctor who bulk billed, was easily accessible to me, and had an appointment time that suited, which I could book online. This Medical Centre was simple to find, on a main road, had parking at the front door and two delightful young ladies in Reception. I found Dr D'Cruz very friendly, efficient and empathetic, a very nice bloke, and easy to talk to as well! I would readily recommend this medical practice to anyone who needs a friendly caring doctor in the Stirling area. Robert Ainsworth, Scarborough.

Unprofessional and arrogant staff. They don't explain things to you and expect you to guess. The doctors themselves are quite incompetent . I had to correct a doctor multiples times on the name of medication. Worst experience ever , as if doctors arernt a stressful enough. p.s. Avoid doctor decruz at all costs. Super arrogant and condensending.. there's no personal care from the doctors. All about turnover. I got abused my docs and reception for going 5 mins over my appointment time when funny enough my appointment was 10.30 and I was only seen 10.55. avoid avoid avoid.
