Unbelievably awful. I can't speak for the rest of the staff but I saw Dr Nicholas after hours for a pinched nerve in my arm. She didn't listen to me, she had a very cold uncaring manner. I asked her if she wanted to examine my painful wrist with my brace off and she just told me with scathing derision that I shouldn't be wearing it. She told me my long term treatment team had everything wrong, after asking nothing about me (I had even bought along documentation to help her understand). She recommended a medication you don't just decide to take overnight due to severe side effects, and I said no, I'm not comfortable with that option and that I've already discussed it with my specialist. She ignored me, printed the script and just told me to take it. She put it down on the desk in front of me as I cried hysterically because of how she'd treated me and how tired and in pain I was. She just kept talking and ignored that I was crying. I walked out of a 5 minute "consult" to a $95 fee and I will definitely be making a formal complaint. Please avoid this awful woman, she's a disgrace to her profession.

Had a bad fall and doctor gave me stiches. Excellent job and very nice doctor.

I've been there a couple of times because of my son who got a cold. Both doctors have been really helpful.
