Had my first visit today and very impressed. Reception staff are friendly and courteous and I waited only 2 minutes to be seen. I saw Dr Gad whom I highly recommend. He is professional, courteous and listens to what patients say and respects their opinions. He offered me choices instead of dictating treatment. Overall, a professional, courteous service service with no waiting time. 5 out 5 stars!!!

It is my first and last time at this clinic with Dr gemma cains. She did not do any test, or asked any histories, and said 'I don't know you, I can't give u any medication. Can u read the sign on the front door? We don't give out prescription as u requested. " She didn't believe that I said I'm sick, if u wanna be treated like a problematic kid in brostel, u will enjoy her. I'd never seen a doc like this, can't sense any compassion from her but I do feel being suspected as a psycho or Meth cook.

Dr Gemma Caine is the first doctor that I've felt comfortable with and has been nothing but empathetic, friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!
