Absolutely fantastic staff. Very personable and great humour from everyone from the ED Triage to the Medical Imaging staff to everyone in between and in the end. Never felt so comfortable or involved with the communication. You guys do the hard yards, are under the pump and are still positive. Really love your style and how quick I was in and out.

You don't go to hospital for the fun of it. You go to seek medical help. I don't expect nurses that are chirpy 24/7 and doctors who fix everything immediately. But the staff here I believe have been absolutely amazing. My mum was admitted around a week and a half ago via emergency as she was having a stroke - the doctors and nurses worked effectively and delivered aid promptly. I couldn't have asked for much better. Her day nurses, OT and physio team are awesome, we've been told she may be in for another few weeks and I honestly think there isn't a better place for her at the moment. Many thanks and much love to the guys at SJoG.

My elderly father was admitted as a private patient and his treatment was disgraceful. He asked for blankets at night to keep warm & never received any. He waited for breakfast it finally came & he was told he had to have a shower immediately or wouldn't get one at all. He left a note on his tray asking for it not to be taken while he was being showered.... when he got out of the shower his breakfast tray was gone. This would not be a problem if it were once but he was treated like this on a daily basis. He paid top dollar through private health and was very upset with his treatment. Complaints were made and 18 months later we are still waiting for a response from the Management. I would not recommend this hospital even if it were the only one available worldwide!!

I received outstanding care from all the teams at this hospital. I like that is appears clean and has state of the art equipment. If I ever have the go to hospital again then SJOG Midland has is my choice.

I had no choice other than bringing my wife here for an emergency while I read all those negative comments here! We came directly from airport to here and Now after about 10 hours , she has done her surgery and she is getting back to normal. But I don’t know how to say thank you to the staff! They are amazingly kind and caring. I don’t see anything to complain. I’m so grateful for everything in this hospital...
