First visit - i reckon the lady missed the vein but she started wiggling the needle while it was in my arm and I got lightheaded and nearly lost consciousness, first time thats ever happened, we agreed I'd try again the next morning with a different staff member. Second visit - couldn't get in before work because there was already 20 pensioners waiting in that tiny little reception room by 8am and they will only prioritise mums with young children to stop the oldies from whinging. Do the retired not sleep in and enjoy brunch before starting their days? Rude. I had to go to work before my number was called. Third visit - I swear they said the place opens at 8am on a Saturday so I was there at 8am Saturday morning and that bloody reception was already full of people! Again! Because I didn't have to work I got to wait until my turn came around and yes... finally... successfully completed that stupid blood test. What an ordeal. Two stars because of the first day! Can't really blame them for the aging population though.
Can't thank the staff here enough for being so patient and supportive when I brought my partner in. Wonderful service
I will never go anywhere else for my blood tests. They’re definitely not my favourite thing to have done but I always see Karen and she makes the experience so much more bearable. She’s such a lovely lady and is so patient with me, couldn’t recommend her enough!
