Amazinggg! Went to see Dr Donna Tanchev after having a skin issue for over a year and she’s been the only doctor to find a solution to help! She knew what it was straight away. It’s only been a few days & I’m already noticing a huge difference. So thankful!

I waited 30 minutes for a booked appointment. Receptionist came over to me in the waiting room advising my Doctor is running late and won’t be in for another 20/25 minutes (by this point the appointment was scheduled for over 30 minutes ago). Receptionist advised I can ‘put you across to another Dr but they are with another patient’. I went to reception and advised I’m leaving as I had other appointments to attend to she asked if I require to book another and I laughed! Never again for any of my family and friends. Disgusting service to say the least.

Disgusting ferral receptionist who is abusive over the phone to patients. I would NEVER ever put my health in the hands of this clinic! I have started a forum on social media over the bad practices of doctors... and their staff!

Waited an hour for a booked appointment. No apologies. The doctor was also on her phone texting, checking messages while I was there. So unprofessional.

Respectful and helpful services. Waiting time can sometimes be an issue but is worth it for the quality. Would recommend to everyone but particularly teenage girls who are not feeling completely comfortable around their current doctor.
