Wait times ridiculous. Dont bother coming unless you have and hour minimum to waste

I'm guessing if you're not a regular visitor then they assume you have booked the WHOLE day for a single appointment. If you had any plans for the day besides the appointment, just cancel them. You'll be at the reception for awhile.

Simpsons describe them perfectly, "Doctorb" the"b" stands for bargain. If you have pre-existing conditions avoid them otherwise you will be subject to endless reviews that they cash in on at your time on break & your employers expense. Sloppy paperwork that takes multiple complaints to fix when they stuff it up while the client company is asking you questions about restrictions that should have never been stipulated. The practice manager puts across that she cares but I found incompetent when it came to the crunch. They fail to follow the direction in the Section 4 when when it suits them, both doctors that signed Sect 4's never was explained the outcome of the determination despite it being ticked off & signed which frankly unprofessional if not illegal. Use the Mines website & find other accredited providers will save time and frustration in then end. Also beware other clinic outsource to them for an accredited signature so ask if the clinic sends the medical anywhere else. In conclusion all I can say is be aware of these people...
