Why complain about waiting for an appointment? Doctors sometimes need to spend a little more time with patients, depending on what could be wrong , one day it could be you, I would rather wait for an appointment knowing the doctors are being professional with spending the appropriate time with each patient. Having said all of that, I have never had to wait too long, friendly and professional.

I have rarely had to wait long at this surgery. I find the reception staff very pleasant. Same goes for the nurses. I have only seen two Dr's. Both have been pleasant & efficient.

sonic is in such a hurry to get your medical cash they have forgotten about customer care . Be wise don't pay for any services until you have received them and happy with them .
