I book the appointment with Dr Sadia Athar @ 12 pm afternoon I got call 11:50 that Doctor is running late ur appointment has been canceled, what a joke . I asked him can I get medical certificate for today because I am sick . Doctor refuse to consult me and I send email to head office regarding this matter but no replay till now it’s seems no one is caring about patients. Now I am changing my GP really upset with the service and how they handle the patients

I cannot fault Dr Athar's doctoring skills and the doctor/patient relationship she creates. She is both professional, friendly and thorough. The earlier comments regarding receptionists not answering the phones in a timely manor is unfounded and the fault lies firmly with Telstra who have not set up call waiting correctly. I was also thrown by this when trying to get a morning appointment, but once explained to me, it was was more than enough to mitigate this small irrititant. Be fair people, this is a tough gig especially when not all the technology is in your favour. The practice gets 5 stars from me.

While dr Sadie must be a good doctor , I have never been checked thoroughly by her and have not had a satisfactory experience at Tristar Gungahlin. My main complaint is about the receptionist who has been unprofessional on multiple occasions. Also most importantly, she did not send my referral for surgery for weeks while I had been waiting for a response from the hospital only to find out that she sent it only after I asked about it. I do hope tristar medical group in gungahlin can act more kindly towards ALL of their patients in the future.

Sadia is a terrific doctor. I always feel as though i am welcome, and am never hurried out the door. In addition, her well rounded approach to good health is noteworthy.
