Highly recommend. Customer service top notch. Felt very cared for and staff went above and beyond to assist me. Special mention to Robin, Dr Antoinette and nurse Anne. Thank you for your kindness.

Reception staff are rude and need training. Doctors continuously run late and always overcharge for their time. Consider anywhere else.

Ingrid, a Nurse at Ochre Health Bruce is fantastic! Cannot speak more highly of her. My whole family also see a GP here too and she is just as awesome! The phones are always busy but online booking is super quick and easy.

Do NOT attend this clinic... they dont answer the phones, when they do and you get an appoitment the appoitments are always late generally about 45 minutes. When you do get to see someone they google your symptoms or supply personal advise about dressing your child then answering your medical questions. They dont return calls or take 8 weeks to call for results or get scripts and/or referrals. The front desk staff dont look up from there sceen when youre speaking to them hardly make eye contact and make you feel like a burden. At minimum $65 for a consult when you get better service at a bulk billing we will be changing clinics to get better care for our family.

One receptionist there gave misleading information about the ability of one of the doctors to visit a nursing home. She also booked me in on the wrong day. Luckily, I found out about the wrong-day booking when I rang to change the time. Unluckily, I went all the way out there with my disabled husband only to find the doctor does not do visits to the particular nursing home. In any event, if you like low key family practices where the staff are not in a rush this place might not be for you.
