My urgent case was fast tracked by the friendly staff at reception and they were able to fit me in for a time consuming MRI that afternoon. The facilities and equipment were excellent and upon reading my scan, the friendly and knowledgeable radiologist came and talked me through the prognosis, before sending the results back to the GP in double time. I will definitely be using Canberra Imaging next time (hopefully not too soon!).

The friendly radiographers do not make up for the rude, unhelpful reception staff.

Contacted them to make an MRI appointment for a full spine scan. Was informed they do not Medicare rebate them at all and the price was an astonishing $745! Later cancelled the appointment and made one at another imaging company which was later bulk billed.
