They make you feel really comfortable!!!!!
great clinic and staff - overall drama free experience
Very under-trained and uninformative administrative staff. First told me to pick up the films during Christmas 27-29, and only found out they would not be open until 8 Jan 2018 when I stood in their front door; also told me my refund would be automatically transferred back to my account the next day, which nothing happened as at today (8th Jan 2018). When I called in to ask questions, the person who answered phone went with the usual bad customer service tone: "that has nothing to do with us, and I don't know why you were told these. Couldn't possibly answer your question." Not sure if they're monopoly in the ACT market, but I would strongly urge a reform in their work process, training, or if there is another group that I can go. Very bad experience and wasted a lot of time.
Good business bad pricing
Receptionist was so unfriendly, absolutely no personal interaction. Would stare at you whilst waiting in seating area very strange. Would not even say hello just do you have your referral. Basically did her job but no customer service skills . This job needs a real people person. Canberra Imaging its not fair to have a negative person behind the desk. Customers need support even if its a greeting with hello how are you today.
