Wonderful staff, an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called the store today after my 1 year old Rayban frames broke when taking them off, being a member of the sunglasses hut club/mailing list the staff member was able to look up my receipt for me, and promptly checked to see if the store had a replacement pair in stock, which they did.
At this point I was told I could come into the store to have my glasses replaced.
Which of course I did, while replacing the glasses the staff member even had the forethought to offer to remove the screws from the arms of my old frames so I could take them as spares.
All in all a wonderful customer service experience.
Thanks
Thomas Haskell
Good range of sunglasses and pleasant, patient staff but I've got to say that I am quite disappointed that when sold a pair of sunglasses you get sold the display pair. You do kind of expect a new, totally unused pair when you are paying the sticker price. When I've bought sunglasses before the display pair is for display and trying on, then when you purchase you get a new pair from stock. Presumably a new pair has now gone on display to replaced the pair I purchased.

First visited this store during the boxing day sales, but it was closed at 4pm. The second time I visited, one of the two shop assistants was demanding and unfriendly. The range of sunglasses were fine, but customer service could definitely be improved.
