Disappointing. I have since been diagnosed with some serous illnesses that I have had for some time by responsible Practitioners in other states. Had I known in the earlier stages when I was visiting this practice I would have made sensible decisions to look after myself rather than place my well-being in extreme jeopardy. Treat people like cattle, arrogant, obnoxious, unprofessional. Be careful. They are not thorough and you may walk out with an illness not diagnosed. Not practicing medicine, just a business. They disgust me. Left in a situation to flee the state to acquire urgent medication on my last visit. Cold, no empathy, cruel. As poor as the service was I have experienced even worse in Tasmania. Abusive conduct in some practices. There needs to be an enquiry into the way medicine is practiced in Tasmania. Illnesses going undiagnosed and patients verbally abused and traumatised for no intelligent reason. I could go on but a person could write a book there is so much wrong with how patients are treated.

I have been going to the clinic for two years now and I have never had a problem. I am bulk billed and find the staff most courteous. Highly recommended.

Unless you have a concession card they DO NOT bulk bill

If can put up with the incompetents of the front desk, then this is a great place to go. My only problem is that the patients have to call to confirm appointments, I have never heard of this before. I have been very courtious even when I was asked to reschedule my appointment because the nurse was sick, only to find out that my rescheduled appointment hadn't even been booked, but clearly this is not as important as a customer calling to confirm an appointment, and you have to make sure you drop everything, including making sure you set your alarm to wake up early in the morning after a night filled with high anxiety, just to make a phone call. I already have complex ptsd, depression and anxiety, the last place I expect to trigger me is a clinic.
