Have always found them easy to deal with both at the front counter and with my Optometrist Andrew over 10 years.

Rang out of courteously because I was going to be 6 minutes late due to traffic and the optometrist won’t see me. Not happy, especially given it took me 30 minutes to drive to the appointment and now I have to turn around and go back. Guess business is good...

I have to say my experience with the staff has been fine over the 15+ years I have been going there
Business Review1978
Spent a lot of money here, everything was fine until after the sale was completed. The arrogance and attitude from the staff here was disgusting. There was one young girl who was trying to be helpful but whenever she tried to get a word out the manager or supervisor on the day just took over and for the money paid they are not interested in after sales service. Just whatever commission they can make out of you on the day. I wish I had of read the other reviews on here as there appears to be a trend in the lack of service and rudeness experienced from the staff at this store.

Optometrist is great! BUT. Terrible customer service - the sales lady did not LISTEN to our requirements, insisting on selling us add-ons we did not want. Paid the extra $10 to have the glasses sent to my daughter's address in Melbourne. After-sales service even worse: When my daughter phoned to follow up she was informed by the same sales person to collect her glasses. When my daughter asked her to confirm her address she acknowledged the Melbourne address and said my daughter have to pay $10 to have it sent to Melbourne. When my daughter informed her that we already paid, the saleslady checked and confirmed - we'll see what happens next ...
