The clinic looks super nice from the outside but basically that’s where it stops. Put in short just walk to the clinic next door and get 100% better service.

Receptionist are rude. Walked in, stood at the desk, and took her 5 minutes to respond and her response was, what you here for. I said I'd come to see the walk in Dr, she said, it'll be a 2.5 hour wait and I said yeah that's fine. Then she added, what do you want to see him for, obviously because I'm sick, and she said it's not good enough. Go across the road they have a walk in. Some classy old bags as receptionist. How they got a job, I don't know

Waiting a full hour after your appointment time is unacceptable, especially when the appointment is for the centre to fix a mistake they made in giving the wrong vaccination (and my child subsequently not getting the varicella dose as a result, and requiring us to come back and wait over a hour after the booked appointment time.) Would not recommend. Will not be coming back since appointments are a joke, far from the first time I've made an appointment and they've been so late.

Made a booking for 2.20pm day or two in advance.However still had to wait 1.5hrs to see the Doctor today and I turned up on time.
In that time of my very long wait, I could not sit down comfortably due to stitches from a recent hospital proceedure also had a severe case of the Flu.
It would have been quicker to be a walk in..
Staff and Doctors really nice but as they have a shortage of Doctors here they should not book all these patients and then unable to cope with the time frames allocated.
Or phone us - the client - to let us know how late the Doctors are running - some will cancel,some will come in later and adjust the schedules.
Yes, great new modern facilities, but not customer orientated.
