Friendly staff, very accommodating and patient. I'm a fifo and do these tests quite often at different clinics. This place is one of the better ones.

Made an appointment for 9:00 arrived at 8:45, paperwork completed before 9:00am. Waited until 10:15 until being seen. The staff are all friendly enough but I’m not sure that they understand how appointments work. I mentioned several times that I have other responsibilities but there’s “nothing they can do”. Not remotely at an appropriate standard.

I was at this place for work medical tests. I was never told not to urinate before coming. So I went to bathroom before leaving the house and by the time I got there, there was not much sample left ! The lady who was treating me in screening room was a bit unfriendly and frowny. Visitors were talking with their phones loudly. Overall it was a bit unpleasant experience
