Dr Soysa is by far the most thorough doctor I have used, on moving to Melbourne 11 years ago I consider myself lucky to of found her.
Best doctor I've ever had in my life. Seriously. She's professional, caring and competent. I got my girlfriend moved from a big clinic where you're just a number, to Doctorgaia where you're treated as a real person with a history.
I've been going to Doctor Soysa for nearly 10 years, since I moved into the area. She's seen me through my late twenties into my mid 30s, through my first pregnancy, multiple minor health crises, and now I take my daughter to her as well. She is thorough, thoughtful in her advice, good humoured and stays abreast of current medical knowledge. Enza the receptionist is also lovely, welcoming and on the ball. They have a good ethos re: medicare, and provide gap refunds on the spot. Dr Soysa gives excellent referrals too. Never had a bad experience there and highly recommend Doctorgaia medical clinic.
I have been going here for a few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is the only doctor that has ever treated me like a person and not a cash flow. This isn't your revolving door doctors office, she doesn't hand out med certs or medication at the drop of a hat and actually puts time and effort into her patients.
Dr Soysa is an old school gem of a doctor. Actually listens, not just hurrying you out of there or too bored to be polite like many modern GPs
