Not good at all!! My sister got a bad infection in her nasal tube, but the doctor said it is just nasal congestion, and said no infection. She wants her to wait for one week, if still not recovered then refer to a specialist, but we really cant wait. Also my sister said there is another problem, that is her limbs really numb but the doctor said we can only report one problem!! Not a good doctor at all!! After three days, we went to Royal Melbourne Hospital, and check with specialist. A lot of medicine given. Virus infection, and her limbs numb is because oxygen is not enough due to her blockage of lump if mucus in the nose. I will never come again! Btw, the pharmacist is better than the doctor, im serious. He is more even concern on my sister's sickness and try to give her good medicine.

Dr Agraval is incredible. She is so receptive and helpful, I always make sure to book my appointments with her. Not bulk billing but local students only pay $12.95. Not to be confused with QV Medical One which is 2 floors up. I didn't give 5 stars because the other doctor I saw here was dismissive and largely unhelpful.

First ever medical centre tried here in Melbourne. My GP is Dr. Kyal Agraval ,she is absolutely outstanding and listens her patient in a very calm way.No unecessary follow ups are required.100% satisfied.

Receptionist was extremely rude. My bf got sunburn and she said doctor asked us to go hospital emergency without even seeing him in person, just because she wanted to finish work quickly. Can’t believe this clinic is still existing with such rude and dismissive staff. We will never to go this place any more and will share this with my family and all of my friends.
