We were on time. We were made to wait an hour still. Finally saw the AMAZING DOCTOR 5 minutes after complaining. I asked the doctor about it and she said i had not been put on the system so she didnt know I had a booking. The arrogant reception staff, when we enquired about the wait, had the hide to Tell us it was our fault because we were late. They screwed the booking and blamed us! Useless reception staff Great Doctors if you don’t mind the wait.

Always about a 45min wait every time I come here. Reception should let patients know the wait time. Horrible.

Dr McKenzie and Staff are brilliant. Yes you may wait but you are never rushed through and emergencies occur. If you are the emergency you appreciate the prompt and professional attention

What a waist of my time! I didnt even see the doctor after i delt with the rude and unorganised reception staff; overbooking 3 people at the same time! and THEN dared to accuse me Of being 10 minutes late when i was 5 minutes early yet waited that 5 minutes inline waiting for her to get off the phone! (laughing and having what sounded like a personal chat)! I was so pissed off and the only thing ill be telling people is not to go there.

Dr McKenzie was my family doctor since 2007. He is amazing. I travel from Brisbane for the last two years just to see him this days. He is a caring type. We need more doctors like him.
