I can't understand some of the low rating reviews. Our experience was completely positive. We were on holidays on the Sunshine Coast and needed to see a doctor on a Sunday. All staff provided excellent service. My wife was triaged quickly, we were seen by a nurse almost immediately (due to chest pains, shortness of breath), saw a doctor within 45 minutes. Further precautionary checks by the nurse then back with the doctor for 1 more precautionary check and scripts. All done and dusted within 1hr15min. Highly recommended.

The facility is nice, but I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant, in and out quickly. It didn’t feel personable there. I also felt the doctor wasn’t very sympathetic towards me or my daughter, regarding her condition. 😕

If you're an international student, don't go here. Even though it shows up on the OSHC network, the insurance barely even begins to cover the costs of going here. Friendly staff, really great doctors, but not worth the extra $900 out of pocket costs.

This is the best medical centre I have ever been to. The doctor, nurses and reception staff were fantastic. Worth every cent of their fee!!! Such a fantastic facility. The care I received was second to none. We are so lucky to have this in our local area

Possibly one of the poorest run medical centres I have ever attended. The doctors run consistently 45-1hour late with an appointment and the staff make no attempt to advise you of the wait when you arrive and check in. The last wait was over 2hours! I called ahead and still an additional 2 hour wait for my appointment. Patient care is not a top priority Of this facility in any way.
